This is episode number 261 with my guests Sarah Goldfeather and Brendan Randall Myers.

Sarah is a founding member of the group called Accept Tet, which is an ensemble based on the Soldier's Tale instrumentation.

We talk a bit about the founding of the group, but mainly the episode is focused on a new album that Accept That has coming out with music all by Brendan Randall Myers.

And the album is absolutely spectacular.

I think you should check it out.

If you love really tight ensemble playing, if you love really great percussion playing, if you love great compositions, all of those boxes are checked.

So I highly recommend that you check out that album called Episodic Memory coming out soon.

But it's really interesting to talk to both of them about their influences behind starting the group and behind Brendan's compositional approach.

He plays in a band called Scarcity, another band called Maritech, and another Avant Rock band called Invisible Anatomy.

All of which are versions of, and I'm generalizing here, hardcore metal.

So, anyway, it was a really fascinating conversation.
