Complex PTSD Recovery [on Spotify] : We Are Traumatized Motherfuckers
Aug 19, 2026 · 3 min · 1 segments
Animated short! Kinda bein a dick @ yourself or other people? Here'sa helpful reminder of what each one of us faces in this lifetime.
No entities detected.
Struggling with being hard on yourself or others? Remember the impossible conditions of being alive.
Every day, billions suffer from being one mass of energy split and imprisoned in isolated sacks, tortured by the ability to connect only in limited ways.
Tickled, prodded, drowned by feelings we experience alone, longing to be known and reunited as part of something greater.
Grieving what was lost the day that we became I.
Separated inside our skins, where a lot of the hardest things happen.
Energy powering brains that do their best but get it wrong so much of the time.
Busy little dots, scared, scarred, ignoring their pains, making bigger messes, and self-annihilating if left alone for too long, so that we have no choice but to get it wrong with each other, pushing us further apart, damaging the already limited connections we could form, reminding us that we're ultimately alone until we return to one mass of energy.
But that's not the task of being here, the reason for these Faraday skeletons.
It's to be separate and plagued by buggy brains, and to make mistakes and make meaning from them, and to give others the opportunity to come back to our connection by coming back to their core energy, by us coming back into ours, so we can reconnect in the ways that are possible again as energy separated by skin.
It's a horrible, beautiful tragedy being alive and aware, so it's easy to become aware of only what distracts, like being hard on yourself or others, instead of seeing the larger picture.
One mass of energy split into disparate dots, desperate for connection.
Remember, when being hard on yourself or others, the impossible conditions of being alive.
Every day, billions suffer, and so do you.
