And that, that, uh, that intro, that opening really resonated with me because one of the things I struggle with, um, as an entrepreneur is putting kinda guardrails on the shiny objects that I, I want to be involved in.

Like, uh, I, I'm so intrigued by RV parks and mobile home parks and, um, you know, land flipping.

Um, and I have to, I have to stop myself because I am guilty of s- shiny object syndrome.

What I realize is y- it's great to niche down, but you gotta niche down in that, in a vertical.

So that's what we've actually learned to do and are having a ball doing inside of storage.

One of the things I say to people all the time when they come to our community is, "Look, self-storage is what brought you here."

But that's just the first key that unlocks many other doors inside of and under the storage umbrella 'cause there's niches within storage.
Well, hey, I, so, so how I looked at this conversation as I was preparing, I'm like, "Okay, what have I learned? What are the things I wanna know in your experience?" And I would love to know how you've combated that over the seasons and how you've learned to s- like maybe not go too wide and to get into too many things at one time.
Is there anything as you look back you're like, "Man, I wish I had known this sooner about I got into all these things," and the shiny, flashy object, all that thing.
