Rose MayHostJackie, for women listening who feel constantly pulled into stress or conflict, or for someone who wants to apply this today, what are some takeaways that you would want them to have?

Oh, gosh, I just have to keep going back to what you said, this isn't going to last forever.
[laughs]

Um, uh, there's things that I talk about in my book that I call simple but not easy, and they're, they're simple, um, suggestions that we've all heard before, but I wanna tell you why.

When you are in high stress moments, if you can do things like go outside and take a quick walk, if you can, you know, stop and journal, you know, and write down what's going on, but not only what's going on, the issues, also take a moment to rewrite your future and what your goals are.

Um, another thing, like you had just mentioned, like when you said, "Oh, things, my day's not going well.

Things aren't going well," this is so cheesy, but this is one of my biggest takeaways.

If you have to do it when you're in the car, you know, if you're alone, if you feel silly, what, go into the bathroom stall, whisper it [laughs] to, to yourself, whatever it is.

It gives you that perspective we were talking about because it almost sounds like somebody else.

You have a friend in the room when you s- and it, and it, it diffuses these things.

It takes the big monster in your head, and it just makes it like, okay, it got derailed.

Let's take a deep breath and think about what our goal is again and, and, you know, get back on track.
