Rose MayHostI love the analogy of an orchestra.
I've actually been using that, um, with one of my clients this last couple of weeks, and how we've been using it has been how when there's different parts of the orchestra that sometimes need more attention than others, where you need to, some parts stop practicing and one part really practices, or you realize that this needs to pick up tempo, or this needs-
... to be stronger, or this needs to be softer.
And, um, this particular client has, is very musical, so it resonated with them, and, but I think it can resonate with all of us.
And one way, one of the ways that we looked at the orchestra as well was, like, what's the orchestra telling you? Like, when you sit back and listen to it-
... does it feel how you want an orchestra to feel? Like when-
... you go and hear a real symphony perform, like, you are moved, you are changed.
And, um, I sh- I don't know why I said real symphony, like there's fake ones or something.
But [laughs] a professional-
[laughs] Not of, not an elementary school symphony-
... or orchestra, excuse me.
I don't think there's symphonies.
Not an elementary school orchestra, but you could be moved from an elementary school orchestra, too.
Um, [laughs] anyway, there's so much to consider around this life integration instead of balance.
