Clinical data indicates that your pancreatic beta cells, specialized cells that make insulin, are loaded with melatonin receptors, specifically MT1 and MT2.
Now, when melatonin attaches to these receptors, it sends a clear and unmistakable message to the pancreas.
The day is done.
Stop releasing insulin.
