And I always say, like, I have a single dad that's got an autistic daughter who's a cop who works out at 3:00 in the morning and then takes his daughter to everything that he needs to.
So everybody, and I literally just voice noted to a client that quit, like, two days ago, and she is telling me, "I just don't have the time." And I said, "No, your why is just not strong enough."
I design the workouts and the schedule a- a- based on what they, what their life is.
I'm not gonna set them up for failure and tell them they have to do a two-hour workout when I ask them how much free time they have-
But time and, and that's the sa- So I always say, like, when p- people first join my program, they say, um, I send them a judgment-free zone, and I explain to them about how I want them to share everything with me.
Don't feel like you're gonna disappoint me or anything, because I have done some fucked up shit in my life and to get food, to binge and purge, and the only time I'm ever disappointed is in people that quit.
