Today's guest had one of the most unique and interesting jobs anyone has had in Michael Jackson's inner circle, you guys.

During the height of the Thriller era, as Michael prepared for and traveled on the legendary Victory Tour, he entrusted his daily meals to his very first private chef.

Now, Chef Mani wasn't just cooking for one of the biggest entertainers in history, he was traveling alongside Michael during the one of the most exciting, demanding, and transformative chapters of his career.

From rehearsals, backstage moments, photo shoots, to late night meals and life on the road, Chef Mani witnessed a side of Michael that very few people ever got to see.

He's been sharing online, and he's here today to talk to us about so many of those amazing memories and moments from his career.
