The oil of joy, instead of mourning, instead of grieving, instead of thinking about what did not happen in the situations that we find ourselves in i need to take that oil of joy he has given me in the garment of praise instead of a spirit of heaviness and everything weighing me down because there's too much to carry i want to choose to put on the garment of praise that his word has told us to remove that heaviness and i know if you're a caregiver You know what we care.
The garment of praise that he gives us, he removes that spirit of heaviness.
The exhaustion of caregiving isn't just one that taking a nap will fix, okay? It's soul tiredness.
The symptoms, what we have to deal with, insurance calls, school meetings to make sure our kids are taken care of and accommodated.
All of that is a lot and that weighs down on us and it becomes very heavy.
