So You cannot address it all, but we need to make sure we see burnout because it does not announce itself.
It sneaks up on you and it looks like crying in the car before you walk into the house.
So every week, I want to encourage you to ask yourself these three questions.
Number two is what lie have you believed about your own needs? Because mama, someone told you, That needing to rest makes you less faithful.
The third thing is, what is God asking you in this exhaustion? What does he say about that? Because he is not silent.
Whatever is happening around, just be aware and be real honest because this is the beginning of your healing.
