[upbeat music] People often don't launch a podcast because they think that that means that they are committing to weekly episodes forever, and that could be the case if you want it to be.

But the reason that this scares people is they think that if they miss an episode, the algorithm is gonna punish them, and their listeners are gonna disappear, or their business is gonna fall apart.

And while there is some algorithm changes and details that play into it, it's not worth the burnout if you're truly drowning in your business.

One of your goals in running a podcast that creates success in your business has to be around sustainability.

Can you sustain this long term? I think somewhere along the way, podcasters confuse consistency with rigidity.

It is okay to set boundaries for yourself that break the rules of the industry.
