And I think that some of the best advice that we have ever gotten has come through some of the deep friendships that we have.

You know, I think that we struggle all the time with trying to just balance everything in life.

And our friend and one of my sweet mentors, Terry Wood, really taught me a great lesson.

And I actually wrote about it in our How You Live Lessons Learned by Point of Grace book that we released a few years back.

And so I just wanted to read what I feel like is some of the best advice and help that I've ever gotten from a friend.

It can all feel so overwhelming at times, and people often ask us how we balance it all.

In a perfect world, we could all work when the sun rises and rest when it goes down.

Yet we find ourselves catching up on household tasks well into the evening, making lists for the next day, packing lunches or returning phone calls and emails.

What's worse is that this level of busyness is often seen as a good thing in our culture, a badge of honor even.
