You know, it suffers from similar problems that I had with The Jungle Book is that Some of the animals just don't have expressions.

We didn't really talk about the fact that you were critical about that with the Jungle Book.

And it is interesting that you were actually critical of it then after how highly rated it was.

This movie actually had a lot of people not liking it because of the animals, as you say, not giving much...

but looking more realistic than in the 94 animated version, but feeling then that the animals were, with the animation, while they did not look realistic, we saw more expression of emotions from them, basically.

I mean, it didn't take me out, but, like, my issue is that Favreau wanted to make this movie so painfully framed.

So painfully, like... accurate to the cartoon frame by frame that it just felt like the movie was kind of posing and just trying to be this like pale comparison this live action and yet somehow it just like felt kind of basic between certain frames and I was like, the cartoon did this way better.
