We're looking at 1980s Alligator, an independent horror film directed by Louis Teague and written by John Sayles.

Um, we're going to pair that up with 1999's Lake Placid, which is more of a comedy horror film directed by Steve Miner, which does tie us right back into our last episode on Friday the 13th.
