I paired these, I, I feel the need to explain myself.
In my view, part III and part VIII are the ostensible alpha and omega of the franchise.
They're when Jason fully takes the form that we know him, that everyone in mainstream, in the mainstream understands him to be with the hockey mask [clears throat] and this killer.
Uh, and VIII is sort of the end of the run, uh, before we start doing, you know, Jason in space and, you know, Jason wherever.
It's just like, it's like "Speed," you know, it's Jason on a train, Jason on a bus, Jason on, uh...
And that's the, that's the end of the line for it.
