We're going to celebrate pride month by chopping up a scorcher and one of the most famous horror franchises of all time, a nightmare on Elm street.
Specifically, we're covering 1985 sequel Nightmare on Elm Street to Freddy's Revenge, even though he's not actually taking revenge on anyone as far as I could tell.
Lots on this later.
The second installment of the Nightmare series is a beloved film in the LGBTQ community.
And so we do hope to do it some justice here and break down much of the text and, more important, the subtext.
