As always, so happy that you have decided to spend this time with Eddie and I. Eddie, it is the dead middle of summer.
And I know in this past week, both here in Southern California, we've experienced a nice little heat wave.
And I know our friends in Texas and living in the South are like, you have no idea what heat and humidity feels like right now for us.
But I just want to say to everyone that has started to run, whether it's in their hot garage or maybe an air conditioned gym or basement or you are outside, maybe you're even racing.
I want to encourage you as you listen to us this entire time to just continue to take sips of your electrolytes.
I know Mackenzie has been training really hard this whole week, and I've had several conversations with her about electrolytes, like doubling up on them.
Because one thing that happens in our training in the summer, and even when you're in the is your system starts to feel drained.
It's wild how dehydration can have lots of different symptoms outside of just feeling tired and thirsty.
