Well, I love that you hit on so much of your story because I know so many women can resonate in my community with going to the doctor, only having the TSH screened, that coming back within normal range, normal range for standard traditional medicine, not functional.

Not feeling well, being just told, hey, either here's a prescription to help you, you're gonna be feeling better in the next 30 to 60 days, and then they don't, or actually nothing's wrong, all your labs look great.

They're just not out of range for what standard medicine will call within their normal range, which I've talked so much about that on my podcast with so many guests and know just because it's technically within range doesn't mean it's optimal or you're thriving or you're feeling amazing and just to not ignore your body and that's why i tell women every single day is if you you have symptoms digging deeper going back to your doctor finding a new doctor if needed whatever you have to do to truly make sure that you're getting the support that you need to get through this, but I love that you shared your story and how you ended up getting diagnosed and what you did from there.
I hear from women all the time who come to me and say, I've been struggling for 10 years, 20 years, sometimes more.
You know, I know by the time I hit my rock bottom after my four long, you know, dark years of struggling with this, I felt like maybe I am going crazy because when you're told it's all in your head so many times you start to believe it.
But, you know, I think the conventional medical community, there are more books and doctors, many of them I've interviewed, you know, who are talking about this.
Like we really have to kind of rethink hypothyroidism treatment and start believing patients when they say, even though my labs might look normal, I still don't feel well.
And that happens for a lot of women where there's very impactful quality of life impacts from something that we're told as patients is no big deal.
You just monitor this one test and take your you know, your thyroid pill, and that's it, you, you know, live happily ever after.
And there's a lot to that, you know, we won't get too technical into those details around that, unless, of course, you you want me to go there.
But, you know, if you are listening, and if you're struggling with symptoms, despite, you know, being told your your labs are normal, and you know, it has nothing to do with your thyroid.
