I am not here to say someone cannot share their journey, inspire others, or talk about what works for them.

If you listen to my podcast, you're going to see client interviews as well as other experts coming on and ultimately sharing a lot of their stories.

But I do want to chat with you about how so many women are automatically looking at other women online and assuming that they're a great coach just because they have a compelling story or they have a great body.

Because that doesn't mean someone is a trained, knowledgeable, experienced coach.

But again, I love seeing other women get stronger, healthier, more confident.

But there is a very big difference between sharing your personal experience and positioning yourself as an expert who is qualified to guide other women through their own health, fitness, metabolic, hormonal, body composition, GLP-1 journey.

And so that's what I want to talk with you about, is the difference between the two.

Because if you're listening to this podcast, I know that you care deeply about your health.

So if I can have any type of impact on you today, I'm just hoping that this education and information can empower you to make better informed decisions when it comes to your health and fitness and body comp goals.

Now, I'll also say this, not everyone is going to like me and think that I'm the best coach for them either.
