So if you are over the age of 35, now is the time to stop chasing smaller and to start building stronger muscles.

If I could be a double zero, why not? The lower the scale number, the better.

A smaller body, a smaller scale number, smaller meals, smaller portions, just everything's smaller.

And with that, now as you get older, like me in my 30s and some of my clients, 40s, 50s and beyond, the goal cannot be just to chase smaller while sacrificing your health.

But if you're sacrificing everything to just have a smaller body, to weigh less on the scale, you're starving yourself.

changes that's going to support your overall metabolic health, your hormonal health, your mindset, and your lifestyle.

If you're like me and you're getting close to your 40s or you are in your 40s and 50s, I will speak for myself, but my goals have shifted.

The aesthetic part is definitely still something that I like who doesn't want to look good, but but it's not the driving force anymore.

And so again, it's time to start switching from chasing smaller to stronger because getting stronger doesn't mean that you have to let go of your goal if you have a body comp goal.

This episode is truly going to be about why it's important to invest in making the long-term changes needed to build muscle, to improve your body composition, to lose body fat, yes, sustainably, and your quality of life.
