I know I was mentioning to you that, you know, I work with so many women and they come to me with really big health goals and oftentimes a good percentage of them come into my community, not feeling like the healthiest or happiest version of themselves.

And that's really one of the primary reasons they're coming into my community is you know, it's not necessarily the number on the scale.

It's that, you know, maybe the number isn't where they want it to be, or maybe their clothes aren't fitting well, or maybe, you know, their labs aren't looking great, but they also really just don't feel confident and good in their skin.

And it's impacting everything in their life from their professional careers to being able to stand in front of a group of women to give a presentation or maybe their bosses, men as well, You know, it can be anywhere between the lines of intimacy with their husbands or partner to being confident when they're at that field trip with their toddler or they're at the trip with their small child and they're with other moms and women and they just don't feel like they're showing up for themselves.

things I mentioned to you, too, is I have actually seen women reach their goal thinking that they were going to feel so much better in their skin.

And so I'm really excited for you to talk about this because I do believe that it can be on both sides of it where maybe you don't feel good in your skin and you're not

But also there's a population of women that don't, that reached a goal that don't have a necessary weight loss or body comp goal

Yeah, I absolutely, you know, and as I was hearing you speak earlier, and now as you reiterated this point, I tend to think that it really does goes back to people thinking when I, when I reach the goal, when I get there.
