In addition to the Sam and Rebecca fertility subplot and the Fraser and Willis subplot, We also have a subplot of Paul being upset that he's always being left out of Norm and Cliff's activities.
And then sort of a sub subplot of the gang trying to gross out Norm enough that he will stop drinking beer.
And I was actually, because there are so many kind of different plots, my thinking was we would actually kind of approach this episode a little bit differently.
Instead of going sort of chronologically, we'd take them kind of subplot by subplot, kind of in chunks and built to it.
But the other thing that I realized as I was rewatching it was in all of these plots, really, they deal with hypothetical situations and kind of imagined scenarios.
This idea of like, well, what if this happened? What if you had to do this? And it was like across the board, all of the characters are dealing with these things.
I would give the writers enough credit that that was kind of intentional, that it was like a theme that they were building upon.
But it also seemed because the plots are so disparate that I was like, that's really that's interesting.
That's really interesting because it's all about stuff that is sort of in your head.
