This is very, very apt, this appointment.
I've literally just come off a one-to-one coaching call from one of my ladies who has been a dieter her whole life, and when I say her whole life, I mean decades.
I mean, she has done the you don't, you eat, Tuesday's your free day.
You've done the...
She's done the shakes.
She's done the photographing of your app.
She's done everything.
She, she's been there.
She's got the T-shirt.
She's got multiple T-shirts.
And the one thing that she has never tried, until now, is building a healthy relationship with food.
She's never done it.
What is working for her is building a healthy relationship with food.
However, to get to that p- point, we've had to do a little bit of work where she has had to let go of finding the right diet, finding the right coach, finding the right app, finding the right macros, finding the right calories.
We've had to get her to stop looking at that altogether because we've got her to start listening to the body that she hasn't been listening to for decades, that she's been overriding for years.
Because when she does that, that is when this work starts to work.
So this might be like a really strange thing for me to say [chuckles] when I'm telling you to sign up for something, The Intuitive Table.
It's really good.
Um, but stay with me.
Stay with me because I am gonna tell you why letting go of that diet, those diets, the next, the next one is gonna work because you're gonna have more willpower, you're gonna have more determination.
Why that is keeping you stuck doing the same thing and getting the same result.
To get a different result, you have to do something different, and building a healthy relationship with food is the something different that you've never tried.
It's a something that gets the results that you want, but in an ethical and sustainable way.
But it's not dressed up as a diet.
So for some people, it can feel a bit like, "What? What? What are you talking about, Carla?" Um, but stay with me.
