(Ep 222) Patricie Macková

Patricia, first of all you are back home in Czechia after a little bit of a struggle in recent weeks in terms of results but how would you assess your game so far?

Well, thanks for having me here, Craig.

I think, you know, I think my game is in the right spot.

I just, I start, obviously I started really well.

And I think I put, after that, I put some pressure on myself and my game.

And yeah, Things didn't go the way I wanted, and then I started to put even more pressure on me and my game, and I think that was not the best idea to do.

But I think my game is still there.

I just need to be patient and actually enjoy being on the golf course and not think about the results, the scores, how many bogeys I make, how many birdies, even the order of merit.

All those things just... you know, are not the right focus.

So I think I'm doing the right things.

I think my game is getting better every day.

Even my coach says that.

So we are doing the right things.

And hopefully, you know, at some point it's going to turn around.

And I believe it's soon.
