As we practice, we begin to understand an infinite receptive capacity of awareness to hold it all and allow our wisdom to come forward.
No entities detected.
There's a way when we are not paying attention, we live in a small bubble world, a virtual world of our minds making.
And it takes a kind of energy even as that's an autopilot habit and has an ease, both.
It does take a kind of energy to keep the bubble intact, to close ourselves off.
And the more we practice with awareness, the kind of loving awareness, the more we feel sometimes just the subtlest of shift of ah, relief.
When we step out of the bubble, out of the virtual world and come back into contact with here.
Now, and this body alive with this breath.
Aware and listening to these sounds.
With this play of light across our eyes, even if the eyes are closed, A play of light across the inside of the eyelids.
There's kind of a vibrancy to being alive.
That habit autopilot virtual bubble world.
It's closed off too.
And the more we practice, the more we find there's the sort of shift back and forth between these two.
Can you feel the shift? Maybe again right now.
Sometimes, like I said, it's just this very subtle ah, awake again.
Sometimes it's not so subtle.
It's just sweet release.
It's here in this open, loving, wise, receptive awareness that we only have the capacity to truly receive life.
Notice in that shift, as best as you are able, this capacity for this beautiful open receptivity.
If we can catch the shift and not go into another thought storm of, oh, bad me for not being mindful.
Or we catch the shift out of that, oh, that's judgment.
If we can catch the shift and just sink in even the smallest bit, feel what happens in the system from that changed from sort of closed system to an open system.
whatever level is available for you, catch one of those moments and rest back in it.
Nothing you need to do, nothing to change or fix.
No need to make any thought storm go away.
No need to find the magic wand that fixes the challenging emotions.
