This meditation is opening to a beautiful place that exists right in the heart of any moment– just as it is, easy, challenging and everything in-between.
No entities detected.
And of course, when we do that, the first thing we often feel is the energetic imprint of whatever kind of charge has been getting us through the day up until this point.
This is why this is a mind-heart practice.
It takes the courage and strength of the heart to allow the mind its wisdom and clearly seeing what's this? What's it like right now? The habit has been how do I get away from now? It just is natural that it's hard to stay in now.
and yet there's some reason each of us is sitting here.
I can't imagine that any of us would do this if we hadn't felt some sense of a call home back into our integrated body, mind, heart that is available in this moment now.
The more we practice this, the more this moment becomes such a sweet But we can't make that happen.
It always starts with this willingness to care for whatever it is that we are experiencing in this moment now.
That sweet relief comes with this meeting place, this meeting willingness, this opening.
What's here right now? What's it like in the thinking mind? What's the story of the thoughts? What happens when you acknowledge, okay, this is the story the thoughts are saying.
How is that impacting my body? What does it feel like in my body with this particular storyline? What's the emotional field like at this moment? There's this basic noticing of is the moment basically pleasant? Is it basically unpleasant? neutral or kind of a confusing mix of all of the above none of those are right or wrong it's just what is it right now and then we use the heart mind to become available to whatever we're acknowledging at this moment, how this moment is unfolding.
And notice there is really no this moment.
As soon as we notice, we're already into the next.
So what we're really noticing is a changing flow.
Becoming available to the changing flow in the movement of now.
