... and I've worked with thousands of people all over the world, big letters after their names, you know, massive titles in terms of whatever arena or industry that they're in, and they will have some core belief that will echo back to fear of rejection from the tribe, um, some aspect of them they feel that it's, that it's not lovable or it's not good enough, and it will always go back there.

And then we need to go in after the installations of data and look at, okay, when did you begin to believe that about yourself?

You need to go in, first of all, and have the awareness to find them, and recognize that so often in your tapestry, someone else held the needle.

As kids, I attached a lot of meanings about myself, but there was a lot of other people there that held the needle.

It's, 'cause if you think of your own tapestry, you think, I was thinking, right, you write your own tapestry, but no, other people have the needle.

That's very powerful in itself, to, to, to, nearly visually you can think, right, well, I'm gonna, I'm gonna rewrite.

I'm gonna pull out that thread and I'm gonna write another, another, another story in there.
