Is Girls Aloud "Tangled Up" the Best Pop Album of 2007?

Chris and Chantel finally dig into the 2007 album “Tangled Up” - the imperial-phase peak of Girls Aloud and Xenomania. From the electropop of "Call the Shots" and the Nazareth-sampling "Sexy! No No No..." to the smooth-jazz swerve of "Can't Speak French," the reggae oddity "Control of the Knife," and the drum and bass experiment "What You Crying For," this is the record where Britain's biggest girl group finally got the recognition they deserved. We break down the production, the lore, the singles, and the deep cuts, plus the genre-hopping that makes “Tangled Up” their most acclaimed album.
