Yeah, I mean, I think for me it is around like how much I am capable of achieving the things that I want to achieve.

And I think that comes with experience and actually doing the hard thing over and over again and sort of growing towards that.

How could I do this? Like if I looked back just a few years ago, I wouldn't be able to say, oh, I'm on a podcast right now talking about portfolio careers.

But through taking little step by step and going for what I wanted, that has built up some confidence, self-trust capability of, yes, I can do hard things.

I can do the things that I want to do, even though they feel impossible in the moment.

Yeah, I love that you say that because you're basically saying you started doing things and that built the confidence.

Whereas I feel like often we're feeling stuck and I've experienced this myself as well.

You're like, well, if only I would have the confidence to do all of these other things.

And then after that, you realize you have like all these examples in your past life of, hey, I've done this before.

So maybe I can actually apply this skill to something else like moving to a new city or getting a new job that you thought you couldn't get.

I say I've heard this thing, but I probably watched it on TikTok or Instagram, let's be real.

But it was basically saying, well, when you were younger, you also couldn't walk, right? There's so many things that we are doing now that you've learned over the years that are now very normal.
