You've, I would say y- the word would probably be evolved into j- into just from doing marketing into now something that you've labeled as Fraction.
Basically helping companies typically between 20 and, uh, and 100 employees, that they are looking to grow.
Uh, they either have a bottleneck issue in growth, or they have a bottleneck issue in delivery.
So we started documenting all of the, uh, focus areas and the zones, and someone internally said, "This is really interesting to read, and this should actually be a book.
