Jun 29, 2026 · 40 min · 10 segments
In today’s episode, we're answering more of your most thoughtful questions - from what we do outside of fitness to the lessons we'd share with our younger selves before years of dieting, body…
First question, which I think is cool, made me think a little bit.
Ooh.
Uh, what is your favorite non-fitness hobby? All right, I'm just gonna dive in.
While I feel like fitness takes up a big part of my life, and I do love it, love going to the gym.
I consider nutrition part of my fitness sitch, so I like putting my meals together, enjoying that stuff, working, working with my nutrition.
I would say for me though, recently, I mean, I have always loved to read and then I kinda got away from it.
I'm kind of a hot and cold reader.
But I discovered a while ago, and then kind of rediscovered again, that free app through my library system.
And I will download a lot of audiobooks for free.
You know, a lot of times I'm like drawn to like the new releases, so it's like, okay, you have 25 weeks to wait for this book.
[laughs]
[laughs]
You have 15 weeks to wait.
I'm like, that's okay.
Put it in the queue.
I'll find something else.
But I've been listening to audiobooks lately, which I've enjoyed.
It's a nice little escape.
I've been drawn lately to more kind of fluffy rom-com, just kind of humorous stuff, light stuff, which is nice because I can listen while I'm in the kitchen putting my food together or maybe I'm straightening up my office, what have you, and it's just...
It's a nice little escape, which I love.
So that's been kind of my thing lately.
I also do have like a physical book that I am reading as well.
In fact, today I just, before I went to the gym, I went to a coffee shop, which is another hobby of mine.
Went to the coffee shop, grabbed a little cup of coffee, hung, hung out there for like 20 minutes and read my physical book just to kinda slow me down a little bit before I went to the gym.
