From a community practice standpoint, we had a slight advantage over a lot of other places when we're thinking about using n-portimapidotin and pembrolizumab.

We were involved in the early phase clinical trials that utilize these two regimens.

So we had the advantage of learning the toxicity relating to these drugs as the drugs were actually being developed.

So it made it a little bit easier for us to adopt the use of these drugs.

The challenge was more of how do you integrate the regimen into your treatment paradigm.
