First of all, obviously, everybody is still talking about this crazy storm that blew through our area, the Nor'easter that we had.
We didn't have anywhere near the devastation that we had over at the coastal areas at the shore.
With that amount of rain over a long period of time, even though there might not have been any one period where it was sustained where you could end up with flooding, that wasn't really what this storm was primarily about.
But it saturates the ground, and the ground gets softened, and with the wind, you end up having branches and trees coming down.
And when those trees and branches fall down, often it could end up putting power lines at risk.
