don't have any real good questions or anything but it's been a while since i've been on a call with you guys because you switched your format on me but uh a lot of things you were saying about like you said you added like motivation and enjoyment that's some of the metrics and i thought that was uh something i added to is motivation and i even put in fatigue just to kind of get an idea of like what's your battery level at right now you know especially after that workout that's kind of an ongoing metric because of what's going on in your life you know along with training so i do like that talking about walking in the door you know when you're selling a person you know you say nikki you were talking about your opportunity to hit them with a story kind of you know that was uh that's a big thing you know i really like to make a a personal effort to walk them around the place you know we got a small place we don't have real big place but you know talking about you know what it is that we're trying to do we're not you know we don't necessarily try to sell somebody on this like you know fantastic life because i tell them straight up to their face like look if you don't commit to it it doesn't matter what i tell you you know it ain't gonna happen like this is this is still on you at the end of the day but i try to use you know obviously past clients or clients current clients and their success to sell them on what we do and i switched he was talking about how he's like always just beating the hell out of them you know 15 rpe right um Yeah, so, you know, I really sell them on, especially people that are walking in the door that are really already, you know, trepidatious or hasn't worked out or really deconditioned.
Talking about really focusing on like physical therapy as a entry modality instead of even worrying about other things.
Like let's make you understand how to use your body.
Don't worry about, you know, lifting too heavy because they see what we're doing in here.
We do a lot of strongman and powerlifting and stuff like that.
But it's like, look, that stuff is doable.
You can do that, but I'm not going to hit you with it right off the get.
You earn the opportunity to do that.
I'm not going to let you do that.
That's one of the ways that I sell my walk-ins.
I don't want to brag or gloat or anything.
We don't have a huge client list.
You guys clearly can see the size of our client list.
Retention-wise, We do a pretty good job of retention and I've got one client and we, so July will be our three year anniversary here at this place.
And I have one client that I've had since we opened, right? I've got another client who's coming up on two years.
I got another client who has been with me since I left, you know, when I worked at Anytime Fitness.
