So the first one that we have, which kind of works for me, is that you can now change the default weight unit for your company.

So if I was to go into a client workout, and start building things, I go to add workout here.

You'll see this is already in kilos because my client's set to kilos, but your default for most people is pounds.

What I can do now, so I don't have to do that individually for clients, is I can go to my account, scroll down to company preferences.

there we go we've got the default pound unit so we've got the nostalgic pounds that you guys love you know imperial weights good on you um or we can go to kilos if you want to do the uh communist metric stuff oh no i need to bring someone in so hang on a moment how do i do that without can i move this stage management is everything i need to stop sharing so i can see this and bring josh in is he coming did he leave there he is i'll share my screen again
oh oh hey josh So I'm actually, I'll probably have to drop halfway through.
I'm on my way to appointment.

So if you're a weightlifting gym, you want to use kilos and not pounds or vice versa, or if you're in Europe, you can set to kilos.

If anyone's using additional check-ins, which you can access from client forms, is you can now make some of these optional.

But if you are, like maybe you do a weekly or a monthly check-in, when you create them or you can edit them, is you have this point where our coaches or clients are required to fill it in.

So right now that's checked as yes, that's the default, but you can uncheck that and it means that they can effectively skip the check-in if they don't want to do it.

So it doesn't make it a mandatory thing that your people have to do if you've set one.
