i think what most people experience they open up instagram and it feels like yeah all they do what we

our algorithm that feeds us things that we like Meaning that what you see is nothing but what you engage with, which means as a coach, you're going to see other coaches and nothing but fitness-related content.

You think it's saturated because the algorithm is meant to surround you with those things.

If you engaged with golden retrievers just as much, you would think that the world is populated with nothing but golden retrievers.

But that's not the reality, right? And so it feels saturated simply because you're in the middle of it.

But somebody else's Instagram doesn't look like that because they don't engage with all that fitness stuff.

But you're a little bubble in comparison to 270 million Americans that are overweight.
