The whole series is about productivity and improving productivity in the business.

And this month, what I wanted to talk about is the fact that quite often small business owners are doing everything.

Initially, you know, when you first start your business, you have to do everything.

And then you've got to deliver whatever it is you deliver, whatever your speciality is, whether that's being an electrician or building websites or baking cakes.

But the productivity of the business starts to become a problem when you're doing it all.

As you start to grow, as you start to get your clients, as you start to do more and more delivery, you haven't got time to do all of these things.

So if you're doing all of these things, you haven't got time to do the delivery, which then means that your productivity starts to suffer

And I suppose a lot of that is they're busy, incredibly busy, but perhaps busy at the wrong things.
