And I defend, by the way, The majority of those who've built something, because most people don't fully understand what it's like to go to bed and put your head on a pillow at night with the stress of how is this going to work? There isn't enough money, cash flow, and so on.

And so when you pull team members into this process, you hire them, contractors, whatever, and they start making decisions that you're like, wait, what, what? What? No.

Well, the reality is, We, the business owners, the entrepreneurs, the leaders, look at those and are like, you don't understand.

But at the same time, we have to understand if we're actually going to grow the business effectively and efficiently, we have to begin to understand there are people that are actually smarter than we are, right? And so the owner...

The leader is usually the last person that actually sees that they are the constraint.

The leader, the business owner, will start to look at everybody else and go, you're the problem.

And so this is just a good moment for you as the leader to be able to, as the business owner, and I understand some business owners don't necessarily see them as leaders.

But we've got to stop with that narrative and be willing to go, what if I'm the bottleneck because I struggle to let go of control? Because I have yet to turn the corner to believe that somebody else can do it the way that I have done it all these years.

When we put our lens of faith, you know, as a faith-driven entrepreneur, leader, we want to grow the business and the organization, you know, based upon some biblical principles.
