How To Keep Expenses From Bleeding You Dry

So most business owners, aren't losing money because expense is hard to find.

As a matter of fact, they're losing it because cutting it feels like criticizing a past decision or even a past idea.

Maybe one that you made yourself or even you allowed someone else to make.

And nobody wants to be the one to say, this is not working well.

anymore.

This right here is one of the biggest things we see all the time.

Now, there's a lot of them, right? But these expenses that are happening in the background that oftentimes get ignored.

And you got to look at that.

And even though It's a difficult one.

It's sticky.

There could be multiple people involved in the decision or unraveling it.

I don't care if you have two employees or 200.

It's oftentimes very much the same at the end of the day, avoidance and not wanting to deal with it for a number of different reasons, right? And oftentimes...

especially when we are in private practices.

In other words, the business owner that owns the HVAC company, the local pizza store, the dry cleaning company, the payroll services company.

It's just really easy in a micro way to just avoid that expense for all the reasons.

And oftentimes the rest of the people around us, they're aware of it.

They kind of know it.

And every day that goes on for it, kind of pokes a hole in kind of a whole plan.

And many are just kind of sitting there going, why are we not dealing with this? And it leaves the business owner, the leader, the director, whatever you want to call them, in being the last one that actually wants to deal with it and certainly dealing with it at all.
