Yeah, I love having this conversation with people in the space of like the science behind it, the medical aspect of like how it affects your body physically, your physiology, physiology, physiology.

Though you're being out here visibly talking to people, like I have done a lot of research myself on mind, body, the connection of that.

And then you throw yourself in having a business, but also living with chronic illness, there is a huge leak.

There's a lot of research and a lot of data out there that shows that the aspects of how we suppress our emotions and our feelings actually turn into or affect or create some of our chronic symptoms that we have.

But it was to me, I over time interpreted it as like my body was just trying to protect me.

And it manifested this outward experience of this to give me alarms of like, you really do need to protect yourself.

And we were talking in the green screen, like right before we started chatting about as entrepreneurs, it is a fine line that I feel like we are all kind of on as performers in a way we are constantly being told that you have to show up and do the thing and tell who you are and what it is that you're doing.

And I think before 2026, and I'm saying this, I think the era before this, which I really do think we're at a time where we're going to look back like we did in 2020 during the pandemic and be like, this is the year that something shifted, everything changed, that AI is huge.

AI is a huge part of this conversation now around being authentic, being seen.

Are you talking to the right? Like, I just got, oh, side tangent, but it's relatable.
