So when I look at pacing, once upon a time, I would have thought, oh, you're slowing down.

It changed my mindset from, okay, this is less about me proving I care, which I had to sit with.

So that's when I started changing and saying, okay, let's take everything I learned at Harvard and let's put it into a practical method.

That's what I introduced in my TED Talk because it was this idea of what is the major shift? And the major shift for my brain was you don't have to give your all to give your best.
