For me, from a physical standpoint, it's fatigue, tiredness, trouble focusing.

You might be at a place where you don't even want to make decisions at the end of the day or during the day.

You might find yourself looping a lot where now you used to have a time in life where you felt a lot of clarity and momentum.

You might start something, stop something, start something else, start something, doing a lot of back and forth with that.

And then there's just like the complete exhaustion piece, you know, where you are just tired all the time, midday afternoon, you need coffee, whatever.

falling asleep on the couch in the evenings or on the weekends and all of those different types of things.

I think burnout though has a big mental wellbeing component though, in addition to like how we feel physically.

I was on an episode with someone and they said it's a level of disconnection.

And I thought it was a powerful, I was like, oh, that's so powerful because you're, I don't know if you experienced this, Alicia, but in your journey, have you found like, oh, actually I could probably name where it really started to unravel because I was completely disconnected or I was completely just rolling with the motions.

We're getting good rest at night, you know, getting into deep REM sleep, getting seven to nine hours depending on your body and who you are.

where it's like, I've been behind a computer all day, or maybe you work somewhere where there's lots of lights or music or something that's buzzing all the time, right? We need sensory rest.

Sometimes we may need emotional rest where we have unprocessed grief or pain that's, you know, we're carrying around that's pulling us down and we're tired.

Sometimes we need soulful rest you know rest for our soul for our spirit where we do feel disconnected from our maker and we may need to get out in nature to reconnect so I love that how you gave that example of like reconnection it's all just to me reconnecting mind body and soul when we rest and yeah when we're burnt out we don't feel connected no

How did that look like in your story? How did experiencing burnout or how have you seen that experience with your clients where it's like, this is what's going on.
