And I just thought I'd highlight kind of five things, I guess, that have come out of the survey, and we can have a chat about them and see how we feel about them.

So in the survey results, there's a lot of people saying talking really about not really proofs of concepts and kind of little initiatives.

They're really saying, well, how can we then learn how to get it into business as usual? And what are some of the case studies where it's been successful? What are the key criteria to get it to work? and what's been less successful as well, because it's all a bit of a trial and error.

Sticking with the AI theme, it's more of an organizational challenge than a technology challenge.

So I think you talk to most people, especially on the ops and IT side of things, who say...

It's about there's an education piece that needs to be done across the organization as well as the end users.

There's a cultural mind shift change that needs to take place because this isn't a once and done technology.

So, yeah, it's how do you kind of redesign your organization in order to get AI to work? Data is another big challenge.
