Hope

Let's turn to Genesis chapter 12.

I'm going to talk about hope.

Hope is the title.

Something I've been dwelling on a bit, and of course we'll read a very famous scripture of hope later, is...

The fact that God wants us to hope and his word actually encourages us to hope.

We hope because of what's written in God's word.

So it is about hope.

As a result of going through the scriptures today, a big part of that is to encourage everyone to read the Bible, to find out what God has in store for us, what promises he wants us to hope for when we pray to him.
