Over the summer I'm taking a little break from the podcast, which I try to do every year.

This summer what I'm doing is republishing some of my old episodes, because this podcast has been going over five years now, and there's a good chance you might have missed some.

So, whether this episode ends up being new for you, or you get to enjoy it again years later, I hope you find it helpful.

I think journaling is such a helpful practice to get into, and whilst you don't have to use it in a work context, I think it can be so helpful when you do.

It's a way of processing your thoughts and feelings, and if journaling is something that you've wanted to try but aren't sure where to start, then this episode is gonna be so helpful.

I would love to hear what you think of the episode, so come find me on Instagram where I'm @lizmosley or @buildingyourbrandpodcast, and let's carry on the conversation.

This is a podcast for all you small business owners who want to develop your branding.

With the help of my guests and some solo episodes, we'll be exploring the various aspects of branding and marketing, with the goal of helping you to create a brand that you're proud of and confident about promoting.

[upbeat music] In this episode of the podcast, I am joined by Sacha Glasgow, the writer and podcaster behind Frank and Feel.

Sacha's goal is to use words to challenge the negative narratives in our minds, and contribute to us changing the way we speak to and treat ourselves.

One of my favorite parts of Sacha's business is the journaling workshops that she runs, and I have always been intrigued by journaling.

Um, and although it's something that I have done before at various points in my life, never with particular consistency, um, but I wanted to ask Sacha all about it, and how it can be used by small business owners in particular to support them in what they do.

I was so creatively inspired after talking to Sacha that I was just itching to go and get my journal out.

She also really generously shared some great prompts at the end of the episode, which you might enjoy using in your own journaling practice if you have one, or if you wanna get started.

I hope you enjoy this episode as much as I did, and that it inspires you to journal as part of your business.
