I was very excited to go to Gen Con with my reprint of an Odino and the expansion, Meteors and Meat Eaters, and all the fun goodies and stuff.

My freight was a little delayed because I was doing some last minute iteration on some details for manufacturing.

It was due to arrive early July, which I thought naively would be great for getting it to Gen Con with no problem.

That gives you that basically puts your inventory into this sort of limbo where you don't know when it's going to be released.

And I overnighted five large boxes to arrive Friday morning at 1030 at Gen Con and sold basically everything by Sunday.

I did find some ways to channel my energy, but it was just... man i definitely have these beautiful dreams of like next time two months before gen con is when i'm the last date i will get the freight out the door uh from the manufacturer i don't know if that is really something that i can do but certainly my current self is like never again am i gonna cut it this close it was a whole month but i in retrospect i cut it close
yeah yeah Yeah, that was, and I appreciate you sharing it on Instagram and stuff, but I know you were also in the server, building the game server, being like, so if I was offering this at a booth, would that be

I was trying to figure out a way to make up for the experience of coming to a booth to get something and not being able to get it.

And instead like being asked to effectively order it, which is totally fine way for people to get games.

But I, you know, when you're at Gen Con, you're at a show, you kind of want to walk away with a thing clutched in your arms.
