Have you ever caught yourself saying, *"I'm always anxious,"* *"I always make mistakes,"* or *"This is just who I am"*? The words we repeatedly tell ourselves can shape the way we think, feel, and…
So self-fulfilling prophecies, what do I mean by this? I mean by these things that we say about ourselves that we keep continuing to make true.
All right, so if we say to ourselves, I always make mistakes, I always make mistakes, you're always thinking about making mistakes and then you proceed to make more mistakes because you're not concentrating on what you're doing and you're thinking about everything that can go wrong and sometimes it kind of leads to you actually acting out the things that you were thinking.

I'm anxious.

And when I'm definitely like, I feel like sometimes I kind of come into the trap of like, I want to acknowledge how I'm feeling.
I want to be real about how I'm feeling.
But that only gets me so far until I am creating that situation.
I'm feeling really depressed.
I'm feeling really depressed.
I'm feeling really sad.
