Have a call tracking system in place so that you can actually listen to the recordings.

When you go hire an agency and they start to deploy SEO, Google Ads work, that gap in your close rate matters a lot, and if you approach an agency and you are further down that scale, those leads are going to be the most expensive leads that you get.
