Mikey DyerHostMalcolm ReedHostBut I figured today, since it's bow season, we talk a little bit about what this early season means for us and what are we thinking? What are we going to use it for if we're not going to pick up a bow? But I also want to – I got some questions for you.
If we are going to bow hunt, where are you going to get? So we're going to talk about some of that too.
But I guess for us, it's really the time that we start trying to figure out What the deer doing on our farm? I mean, that's the biggest thing we use bow season for since we don't actually get out there and hunt them.
I mean, we always do because we're, you know, we're getting ready to put those cameras in strategic spots that we've, we've known, you know, over the years where there's certain things there, maybe a ditch crossing, maybe a, you know, a certain kind of tree or something there that, We feel like we got a good chance of getting, you know, a lot of buck pitchers or, you know, something like that.
Because we're trying to make a list this year, you know, just like we do every year of those target bucks.
But, you know, seeing those deer in velvet and then them dropping that velvet, you know, sometimes that velvet will fool you sometimes.
there any chance that you would actually pick up a bow and go get in a stand this year? Um.
And I know somebody's going to bust me on being a fair weather hunter, but I'm going to tell you, I hate mosquitoes, and I ain't fooling with them things.
