Mind you, he was still wearing his work clothes, so they were expensive stuff he had on.
By the time she finally reemerged, Richard was gone after he'd paid hundreds of dollars for all of the food she had ordered before the bathroom.
then the final cherry on top, she tried drunk dialing him later that night, which thankfully he didn't answer.
